Bridal Shower Cupcakes
I had the pleasure of making cupcakes for one of my bestest best friend's bridal showers. Aren't they just darling? They are just vanilla cupcakes with vanilla icing, but I had fun decorating them. I also dyed the insides pink (slightly orange because I used a yellow cake mix)
Congrats Beat Rice, I can't wait for the big day : )

Here are some close up shots of the oreo cheesecakes:
That whole Oreo on the bottom really made all the difference.

Pumpkin Blondies
Honestly, everything should have pumpkin in it. It makes everything so delightfully moist and delicious. I made these pumpkin blondies last night. They smelled so freaking good we cut the edges off and ate them standing over the stove. Well, I had to know whether they could be served to company!
Just look at them chock full of chocolate chips and pecans. Now I have to sit around for 6 hours until I can eat one? I think not. Ate one for breakfast, it was delicious.
More sweet and savory Thanksgiving dishes to come!

Classy Mac
I have really been neglecting this blog this month, my sincerest apologies. Tonight for dinner I made my new favorite 10 minute dinner. I dubbed it classy mac because it has marscarpone and parmesan cheeses. As you can see in the picture the ingredient list is minimal as is the preparation. Simply mix them all together and dinner is served!
P.S. How awesome is my little cheese container? Be amazed, I have a cheese grater with a container attachment to collect the grated cheese! AND it comes with a lid for easy storage. Sigh, I love my gadgets.

The Horrors of Extra Halloween Candy
Peanut butter cookie + cream cheese + kit kats + reese's peanut butter cups = peanut butter cooking cream cheese candy bars.
There is really nothing else to say, except that I would have loved to have a candy bar with some caramel in it.
