Real Simple, you've done it again

Once again my subscription to Real Simple magazine has provided me with a fabulous dinner. It was fast, it was easy, and it required a mere 6 ingredients. I arrived home around 6pm and dinner was cooked, eaten, and cleaned up before 7pm.

Here is my cheesey baked pasta with spinach and artichokes in all her melty cheese glory:


We didn't have creamed spinach so I just threw some cream in there an hoped for the best and it all worked out in the end.
Make it for dinner. NOW. You won't be sorry.

  1. Awesome! I have Real Simple too and I did cut this recipe out. hahaha but I am being delusional if I think I have time to make it.
