Polenta Crusted Artichoke Tart

Things that I love being able to cook something in: ramekins and a tart pan.  Hooray, tart pan time!

I used this recipe from Food Wanderings that I found in my great hunt for polenta recipes on Pinterest.  Then I read the recipe a million times and said there is just no WAY I'm following these directions. I mean seriously, check it out, it's ridiculous.

So take the lazy way out and sorta measure things and don't wait the eternity she asks you to with the polenta.  It will turn out great in the end.
