Veggie Dumplings

I might have to take a line out of my mother's notable quotables here and say these are "the best I've ever made."

I used broccoli slaw, tofu, scallions, and stir fry sauce as the filling.

Fried them up and served them with some scallion rice and soy sauce.

MMmmmM! I could have eaten 10 of them and I probably did.
