To celebrate this joyous occasion I whipped up a dinner of some
Pasta Lazio which was really just a nice name for a pasta salad. I can't seem to get enough artichoke hearts in my life lately and had been looking for a recipe to use some jars of marinated chokes I had in the cabinet and this was a delightfully easy recipe to use them in.

To go with the pasta I made bacon wrapped chicken stuffed with gorgonzola cheese. It was pretty amazing, I'm not going to attempt modesty here.
This recipe was my inspiration. Sorry, I forgot to take an innards shot!
