Pretzel Chicken

I don't know where I got this idea from. I had assumed I saw it somewhere on the foodnetwork or somewhere along to internet journey, but when I finally decided to make it I couldn't actually find a recipe. All we did was crush up some pretzels and dip the chicken in egg then pretzels, just like a chicken cutlet. I thought frying it in peanut oil would make it all the more magical, but it didn't really give off any peanut flavor unfortunately.
