Ice Cream Flavor Contest

I'm going to try my hand here at my first ever contest!

I'm super psyched about this because well... ice cream + creativity + prizes = fun!

Here's how it's going to work:

Step 1. Spend all night long tossing and turning over your brilliant flavor combination

Step 2. Submit your idea in the comments section of this post by August 26th.

Step 3. Anxiously await the results!

One first place winner will receive first choice of cookbook along with a post dedicated to your winning flavor.
Two runners up will receive a cookbook.

Yay prizes!!

Below are some delicious ice cream desserts I've made over the years. Enjoy!

I look forward to seeing your ideas!

 Good luck everyone!

  1. My entry is a smore's themed combo. I'd start with chocolate ice cream, crushed graham crackers and drizzle some melted marshmallow. You can throw in some chocolate syrup or chocolate chips ro bring out more of the chocolate flavor.

  2. You need to wow us and show how hot you are at the same time.

    Sriracha icecream

  3. I think I'd do an Elivis type blend. Banana flavored base with peanut butter swirls. Instead of bacon maybe some salted caramel.

  10. I've been wanting to make some sweet summer corn ice cream... I imagine slicing the kernels off a cob to stir into the ice cream, and maybe soaking the naked cobs in heavy cream to flavor it? And in that vein, would a buttery, slightly salty popcorn ice cream be possible???
