In the past I have made
, and a
pumpkin cake with amaretto cream cheese frosting
. This year I was commissioned to make a cheesecake for our Thanksgiving feast. I decided to move away from the pumpkin flavor for a moment, assuming that there would be a pumpkin pie present at the dessert table. I went with a
caramel apple cheesecake
and I was quite happy with it.
Chock full of finely diced apples.

Oooohhh yea she came out nice.
