I made the zucchini ribbons with a vegetable peeler and it was quite pretty.
I even converted a self-proclaimed Gorgonzola cheese hater. Well, we never informed him that there was Gorgonzola in the sauce and my mother actually spit out her food laughing at how many helpings he had, but honestly how do you not even ask what you are sitting down to eat? Mwahahahaha.
