Once again I am sitting at home, trapped inside by a snowstorm. Lunch time rolled around and I wanted a sandwich and some potato chips, but potato chips were no where in sight and I certainly was not venturing out in this storm. So I thought, why not cook up a batch!? I do love using that mandolin...

I used the wavy blade to make some ruffled chips. Here they are doing for a swim in the oil:

I sprinkled them with the best seasoning in the world, Old Bay and voila!

I ate them alongside a dark chocolate and white chocolate peanut butter with fluff sandwich.

I can't think of a better way to spend a snow day.
P.S. turns out there were potato chips, I'm just too short to see into the cabinets, Ha.
