Cheddar Biscuit Pot Pies

I've said it once and I'll say it again I LOVE ramekins. Everything is instantly adorable and delicious when you put it in a ramekin.

This time around I made my own biscuits to top some chicken pot pies with. We used Bisquik mix and grated up some cheddar cheese to throw inside of them. I rolled them out with a glass, couldn't find the rolling pin, and used the same glass to cut the biscuits out.

I think making the biscuits yourself really takes it to another level and it is not difficult or time consuming so I will definitely do it again.

  1. i'm pleased to see how much mileage you've gotten out of those ramekins, but need i remind you that you still have not made me a souffle? hmm, wonder if i can get one here in paris...
